IEEE VR Hike and Dinner with Prof. Liang at Daegu, South Korea (March 22, 2026)

During a trip to Daegu, South Korea for IEEE VR, we enjoyed a wonderful hike with Prof. Liang and two students. It was a beautiful day with the perfect temperature and even better company. We climbed to around 900 meters on a trail that was remarkably clean and uncrowded — a rare and peaceful experience.

On the way back, we randomly stumbled upon a fantastic seafood restaurant serving fresh, raw delicacies. It was something I had rarely tried before — a surprising and memorable end to a perfect day.
