Publication

More details of this approach is explained in the following publication.

Meng X., Foong P.S., Perrault S., Zhao S. (2017) NexP: A Beginner Friendly Toolkit for Designing and Conducting Controlled Experiments. In: Bernhaupt R., Dalvi G., Joshi A., K. Balkrishan D., O’Neill J., Winckler M. (eds) Human-Computer Interaction – INTERACT 2017. INTERACT 2017. Lecture Notes in Computer Science, vol 10515. Springer, Cham. https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-319-67687-6_10

Video

The approach has been coded into a web application called Nexp. Although we no longer maintain the website at the moment, there is a short video on how it roughly works.

The code of the web application (developed by my PhD student Meng Xiaojun) can be found from this link. The material has also been introduced as a course (https://chi2016course.wordpress.com/) for CHI 2016.
