日落是我第二次马拉松,人生第一次是在京都跑的,花了5小时26分,事后一个朋友告诉我,像我这个年龄,成绩应该在5小时以内,查了维基百科后发现,美国马拉松平均速度在4个多小时,这激起了我想要赶上平均水平的愿望 (后来和跑友交流,发现在新加坡跑进5小时就已经好于平均值了,新加坡又热又潮湿,来这里跑一般成绩都会下降一截,另外美国的成绩有被波士顿这样的专业马拉松拉高的嫌疑,我深表认同)
